Greenlee EK6FTLX11 Description
Battery-powered, High-speed Crimping Tool, hand-held, self-contained, dieless crimping tool intended to crimp aluminum and copper connectors onto electrical cable. These tools have a retraction stop feature which allows the operator to stop the retraction motion of the ram to shorten cycle time. These tools have a Bluetooth® connectivity and an LCD screen.

- 2-stage hydraulic system provides fast advance and power speeds, saving time
- Automatic retraction stop (ARS) which retracts the ram just enough to get ready for the next cycle saving time and energy
- Crimping head rotates 350 deg
- Equipped with Bluetooth™ communication enabled via the Greenlee® Gator® eye app
- Features LED display screen communicating pressure and battery levels as well as tool diagnostics with real time tool feedback
- Flip-top style uses a pull pin to open head for easy removal from the connector
- Forward handle position improves tool balance
- Greenlee® battery powered crimping tools now use bio-degradable oil
- Intelligent crimping system technology includes a pressure sensor that monitors the crimping force of each crimp and provides the operator a visual and audible alert if the force is below specifications
- LED light provides the operator with the battery charge and tool maintenance status
- LED work light illuminates dark work areas
- One trigger controls all tool functions
- Overmolded tacky grip areas make gripping the tool easier and more comfortable
- Smart chargers control the charging current, charging voltage and battery temperature to maximize battery life
- State of the art 18 V lithium-ion battery provides 70% more cycles per charge and faster cycle times
- Tools automatically retract when the crimping cycle is complete
- Utilizes four indentors to make the crimp
